State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking applications from eligible individuals for the Young Fellowship Programme. SBI's fellowship is for graduates. If you are between 21 years and 32 years of age, you can get Rs. 70,000 under this SBI fellowship. Eligible persons interested in this Government Fellowship should apply through youthforindia.org website.

The SBI fellowship is called Youth for India. Under this fellowship, the bank provides Rs 70,000 to the eligible persons. SBI CSR Branch invites applications for SBI Youth for India Fellowship under SBI Foundation. SBI will provide fellowships for up to 13 months to applicants under the 12th Youth for India Fellowship. Candidates for this fellowship should be graduates and young professionals. The selected candidate will be required to work with 13 established NGOs across the country. SBI Fail Ship 2024 will start on May Interested candidates are required to apply for the fellowship online. Candidates are required to submit their educational qualifications, work experience and personal life experience with the application form. How to Select: SBI will select the eligible candidates from among the applicants for interview. The final selection of candidates will be based on online assessment, personal interview and merit. The bank will send a proposal to the selected candidate. After acceptance of this proposal, the selected person will have to participate in an orientation programme. This will be followed by the fellowship programme.

Age Limit: Applicants for this fellowship should be at least 21 years and maximum 32 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold a three-year Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University.

Through this programme, candidates are required to work mainly in rural areas. After completion of the fellowship programme, the SBI Foundation will award Rs 70,000 and a certificate to the participants.

The Application Process for the 2024-25 batch is open now. You can apply for Stage-1(Registration & Online Assessment.) using https://change.youthforindia.org. Notifications and announcements about the status of the applications shall be shared on website and social media channels.

The 2 stage Application Process of the SBI Youth for India Fellowship is as follows:

STAGE-1 (Registeration & Online Assessment)

Fill out the Registeration from and begin your Online Assesment. During the assesment you will be asked to provide a detailed easy-based response in which you can share your story, perspectives, intention to join the Fellowship, and overall worldview.

STAGE-2 (Personal Interview)

The Personal Interview stage is where the esteemed panel evaluates the applicant's personal characteristics and suitability for the role. This stage is designed to help the selection panel make informed decisions based on factors beyound academic qualifications and work experience and gain a deeper understanding of the person.

Final selection

The selected candidates of Stage-2 will be notified on a rolling basis during the application period via email and/or SMS. On confirmation, candidates will be sent the offer letter, specifying details of the programme, Fellowship support and terms and conditions of the Fellowship.

Fellowship Support

• A monthly allowance of 15000 INR for the duration of the programme to meet your living expenses.

• A monthly allowance of 1000 INR for the duration of the programme to meet your transport expenses.

• A monthly allowance of 1000 INR for the duration of the programme to meet your project related expenses.

• A dedicated provision for language support will be provided at the location.

• A readjustment allowance of 70000 INR upon successful & satisfactory completion of the Fellowship.

• The cost of 3AC train fare from your residence to the project site location as well as expenses incurred on travelling for training programmes shall be covered.

• A health and personal accident insurance policy will also be provided.
